Al-Muktafi Billah Shah Mosque, or better known as Farm Mosque, is the Royal Mosque of the State of Terengganu located in Kampung Ladang, Kuala Terengganu. The mosque is named after the late Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, the 15th Sultan of Terengganu.
The construction of the mosque began in May 2, 1981 and fully prepared on November 2, 1984. It was inaugurated in September 1984 by the late Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah. The laying of the foundation stone was done by Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah, who was then the Minister of Finance of Malaysia. The site of this mosque was formerly the public hall and cemetery area of the Kuala Terengganu Hospital.
The mosque is famous for its modern architecture that combines Middle Eastern elements and local Terengganu features. Its large blue dome and tall single minaret make it one of the main landmarks of Kuala Terengganu city. Within the mosque grounds are also located Terengganu Royal Tombs, the burial place of the late Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah and several royal relatives.
