Sabah, also known as Sabah, is a state located in the northern part of the island of Borneo. It borders the state of Sarawak and is separated from the Federal Territory of Labuan in Malaysia. In addition, Sabah also has international land borders in the southern part of the state along the Sulawesi Sea with Indonesia, and water borders in the north of the Sulu Sea with the Philippines and in the west of the South China Sea with Brunei and Vietnam.
