Poorly managed hotel despite the strategic location by the beach & close to city centre. Most of the lightings either faulty or difference colour which is annoying. We have to replace the towel as it not clean enough. Aircond are noisy & hard to control the temperature. Only one lift working...

We were treated as if we wanted to by the reception.
We booked on Agoda, but when it was time to check in, we got a very bad room.
The room smells.
The atmosphere is gloomy.
Ask for a large bed in agoda at the reception for us 2 single beds.
Reception is not friendly and welcoming.

As usual in Malaysia, things are not up to standard, especially the cleanest, I would not accept the job the cleaners do, I really think the staff should be changed as they are rude and slow
